Article 5 Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
  • This site processes and retains personal information within the retention and usage period specified by laws or the period agreed upon by the information subject at the time of collection.   • To prevent economic gain from repeated membership registration, unauthorized use of names, and illegal activities related to event benefits provided by this site, the site will retain the member's nickname, email, and information for 1month after withdrawal, and keep log records and IP access information for 12 months.
  • If a member has not used the service for 1 year, the site will notify the member in advance and separately store the information in accordance with Article 29 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. However, if retention is required by the aforementioned laws and regulations, the personal information will be retained for the period specified by the relevant laws.

      Information entered by members is moved to a separate DBafter the purpose is achieved and is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws, after which it is immediately destroyed.       Personal information of members will be destroyed within 5days from the end date of the retention period if the retention period has expired. If the purpose of processing personal information is achieved, the service is discontinued, or the business is closed, personal information will be destroyed within 5 days from the date it is deemed unnecessary for processing.
